Staff is very friendly and you can park your car nearby. The venue has comfortable location away from the area that often jammed due to traffic. There's a huge variety of restaurants to choose from, like Yoshinoya Lenmarc Mall, situated within 15 minutes walk or so...

This property is in a perfectly comfortable location, right by big mall n many shops, the city center, and many shops. Very amiable people are working.

The prices here were reasonable, which was a major plus. My quadruple room had all the essentials: AC, a TV with multiple channels, and a nice little desk to work on. Oh, and the airport was just 16 miles away so getting there was a breeze! 🛫

The Tab Hotel in Surabaya was great with its cleanliness, friendly and accommodating staff, excellent WiFi, and delicious food. I couldn't have asked for more in terms of a pleasant stay.

Although the hotel has some good features, it is hard to ignore the unsatisfactory services. the hotel is located in an area with good wifi and food options. the room was average at best and the bedsheets weren't cleaned well. the staff were amicable, but that does little to improve the state of the bathroom, which was underwhelming with basic toiletries.

The hotel lacked practical amenities, and I wouldn't recommend it for a lengthy stay. the room was over-priced considering its outdated decor and limited facilities.
